Known issue with course eval & completion

Dear Colleagues,

We were made aware on June 27, 2024 of an issue with a 3rd-party software platform that was preventing the course evaluation required by the NCCAOM and CAB from popping up after finishing the course content and quiz, thus preventing users from accessing their certificates of completion. Due to this 3rd-party software bug, we were also not being automatically notified of completion of live webinars or distance-learning courses so that we could report back to the NCCAOM to request issuing of official PDA certificates.

This problem likely began on June 1 and was fixed as of July 24. If you have completed a course during that time period and have not been able to download your CAB certificate or received your official PDA certificate of completion from the NCCAOM, please log back in to your account, open up your course(s), and complete the course evaluation. You will then be able to immediately download your CAB certificate, and we will be notified automatically and will report your completion to the NCCAOM (the NCCAOM sends its official PDA certificates directly to your email.)

Please let us know if you have any further difficulties accessing your certificates of completion.

If you have not been able to obtain your CEU and PDA certificates within a timeframe as expected and required for license renewal, employment, or other external agency, please email us at info@aomprofessional.com. We will be glad consider requests for refunds or credit towards future courses.
